Class cancellations:
- You will receive a phone call if we cancel classes due to weather or teacher illness. These classes will be made up at the end of the session.
- There are no classes at these times:
March Break (Monday thru Saturday inclusive)
Easter Weekend (Friday thru Monday inclusive)
Victoria Day (Saturday thru Monday inclusive)
Labour Day (Saturday thru Monday inclusive)
Thanksgiving Weekend (Saturday thru Monday inclusive)
Christmas Break (from mid-December until early January)
- We will inform you of specific dates by Newsletters and flyers.
Please note the following policies:
- Please wear proper footwear in class (e.g. inside shoes, slippers, or non-skid socks). For your own health and safety, bare feet are NOT allowed.
- NO food or drinks are allowed in the classroom.
- Parents/caregivers may take turns attending classes with their child (one adult per child please).
- For the Imagine That (3½ to 5 years of age) and Young Child (5 to 7 years of age) programs, we ask that parents please be on time for “Sharing Time” at the end of each class (for your child’s sake).
- In the event of low enrollment a full refund will be issued.
- We ask that you please do not come to class if your child is sick; e.g. coughing, sneezing, runny nose (discolored discharge), fever within the past 24 hours, conjunctivitis (pink eye), etc.
- Please notify the administrator if you are aware of you or your child having come into contact with anyone that has chicken pox, fifth’s disease, hand foot and mouth disease, or any other highly contagious diseases. Some of these diseases can be very serious to pregnant women.
- There will be a $10 service charge for any returned (NSF) checks.
Make up classes:
- Make up classes will be allowed when it is possible.
- Anyone wishing to make up a missed class must call our administrator to make arrangements for this. Please do not show up at a class without making arrangements first.
Cancellation policy:
- There will be a cancellation fee of $30.00 for anyone canceling before or up to the third class of any program. The remaining tuition will be reimbursed, and material fees will also be reimbursed providing the package has not been opened.
- There are no refunds given to anyone canceling after the first three classes of any program.
